What we are building now.
Phase 1 projects are live, photographed, and verified. Phase 2 projects are open for corporate funding — qualifying for B-BBEE SED, Enterprise Development, and s18A recognition where criteria are satisfied.
Soshanguve ECD Centre
CDII partnered with young Black entrepreneurs to build an Early Childhood Development centre. Phase 1 infrastructure is complete — roof, perimeter fencing, and foundations. Phase 2 (fitting out, equipment, and opening) is now open for funding.
SmartCommute™ Commuter Resilience Partnership
A structured workforce resilience programme delivering Social Ex Gratia Payments of R250–R500/month to qualifying commuting employees. SARS Code 3601. s11(a) primary deduction. B-BBEE Level 1 SED. Active 1 July – 30 September 2026.
