Children gathered at a community event in Soshanguve, faces bright with anticipation
Flagship Right 2 Learn Project

Soshanguve ECD Centre

Every Right 2 Learn programme CDII runs leads back to one belief: a child's first years decide more than almost anything that follows. The Soshanguve ECD Centre exists because that belief needs a building, a teacher, and a safe place to play — not just a slogan.

Soshanguve sits north-west of Pretoria, a community CDII has worked alongside for years through broader Right 2 Learn and Right 2 Live programmes. The Centre is where that relationship became a place: an early childhood development facility built to give young children a nurturing, structured start before formal schooling begins.

What It Provides
Early childhood development & school readiness
Who It Serves
Young children of the Soshanguve community
How It's Funded
Donor & partner contributions via CDII (s18A)

Like every CDII programme, the Centre is run on partnership rather than a single funding source — donor contributions, community involvement, and CDII's own programme administration working together. Donations made through CDII in support of the Centre qualify for a s18A tax certificate.

A donation toward the Soshanguve ECD Centre is an investment in a specific child's first years — not an abstraction.
